Monday Update, Stacking the Shelves, Sunday Post

My Week in Review 2018 #9

This is my week in review, where I update you on my life~ reading, blogging and general. I will also be linking up with some amazing blogs.

Sunday Post

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

Life Happenings:

I am really not sure what to say about this past week. I was still feeling a little rough, though much better than last week. My cough is still lingering a bit and I sound like my voice has deepened about 6 octaves. But all of that was improvements over the previous week, so all good there!

Unfortunately, all was not great this week as there were some things that went down at work. Nothing that I want to talk about here on the blog, but I am considering my options and what direction I want to move going forward. As much as I have enjoyed my job, it may be time to do something different. As of this writing, I have not made a firm decision one way or the other, but I do have options open to me at the moment.

  1. I hope the work issues get resolved. I always get nostalgic when I see Colleen Hoover’s Maybe Someday. It was the book that introduced me to CoHo and remains one of my favorites. And now there’s a sequel to look forward to! Hope you have a great week.

  2. I hope your work issues resolve favorably. I’ve read Where All the Girls Have Gone and We Were Liars and enjoyed them both. Come see my week here. Happy reading!

  3. I’m glad you’re starting to feel better. I spent most of January being sick and it was no fun at all. Sorry about your work situation. I hope you find a new direction that brings you peace and happiness.
